Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breats.
4 small pieces prosciutto
2 oz mozzeralla cheese cut into 4 slices
8 basil leaves plus 1/4 cup sliced fresh basil
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp honey mustard
1 clove garlic

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Cut horizontaly each chicken breast and insert prosciutto, cheese and 2 basil leaves. Pan fry in oil until browned (3 min/side). Then transfer to oven to finish, about 15 20 minutes.

    Heat broth, mustard and garlic in frying pan until slightly thickened. Add basil and serve sauce over chicken.
