These bite-sized cookie balls are made of all the best things: ground vanilla wafers, ground pecans, confectioner's sugar, white Karo syrup, and good bourbon whiskey.

Comment:

These are delicious and will keep for months in a tin box in the refrigerator.

Ingredients

4 cups ground vanilla wafers
1 cup ground pecans
1 cup confectioner's sugar
3 tablespoons white karo
1/2 cup good bourbon whiskey

Preparation

  1. Method:

Mix all together and shape in small balls the size of a large cherry, and roll in confectioner's sugar. Makes about 40 balls, depending upon the size.
