1 garlic clove
3/4 cup plain yogurt (whole-milk or low-fat)
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
3/4 teaspoon mild honey
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Mince garlic, then mash to a paste with a pinch of salt using a heavy knife. Add 3/4 teaspoon garlic paste (or to taste) to a bowl with remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth. Let dressing stand about 1 hour to allow flavors to develop.
