Starbucks VIA® Apple-tini

Notes:

The apple juice adds natural sweetness to this martini. For a palate that prefers less sweet, give a lime or two a squeeze as you toss them in the cocktail shaker.

Ingredients

1 packet Starbucks VIA®
1 cup Apple juice
3 tablespoons Vanilla Vodka
1/2 cup Ice
1/2 teaspoon Lime
1 Apple, sliced into thin wheels for garnish (core is in the center of wheel)

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Dissolve Starbucks VIA® with a tablespoon of hot water in shaker.

    Step 2

    Add apple juice, vanilla vodka, chopped limes and ice.

    Step 3

    Place lid on top of the shaker and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.

    Step 4

    Strain liquid into martini glasses.

    Step 5

    Place a thin apple wheel on top of beverage.
