Ingredients

1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup whole milk
1 ounce crème de menthe
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract (optional)
6 drops green food coloring
Whipped cream (optional)
Green sprinkles (optional)
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, crème de menthe, peppermint extract, if using, and the green food coloring. Process until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and top with the whipped cream and sprinkles.
