This pistachio-flavored shake puts a nutty twist on the traditional mint-flavored version.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups pistachio ice cream
1 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
5 drops green food coloring
Whipped cream (optional)
1 teaspoon finely chopped pistachios

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine the pistachio ice cream, milk, almond extract, and green food coloring, and process until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and top with the whipped cream and chopped pistachios.
