Ingredients

4 cloves garlic
1 serrano chile, chopped
3 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
Kosher salt
3/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon clover honey

Preparation
