2 ounces orange juice, strained and chilled
Sparkling Burgundy, chilled
Garnish: spiral of orange peel

Preparation

  1. Into a chilled Champagne glass, pour orange juice. Add enough Burgundy to fill the glass and stir lightly to blend. Garnish with orange peel. Serve.
