Lime Glaze

Speckles of grated lime zest in this pretty soft-green icing give the finished cookies a fresh citrus flavor.

Ingredients

3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until spreadable. Use immediately.
