Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup sliced yellow onion
2 zucchini, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and let it melt. Add the onion and sauté until translucent, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the zucchini and water. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook until crisp tender, about 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
