You can swap the condensed milk for regular milk, but the simple syrup is essential for the finished texture.

  • Yield

    Serves 1

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces espresso or 3 ounces very strong coffee, cooled slightly
1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 teaspoons simple syrup

Preparation
