Ingredients

½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into pieces, room temperature
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoons hot sauce
Generous pinch of kosher salt

Preparation

  1. Vigorously whisk butter, honey, hot sauce, and salt in a medium bowl until smooth.

    Do ahead: Butter can be made 8 hours ahead. Cover and store at room temperature.
