Frozen Peach Pops

Ingredients

5 medium peaches (about 2 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup white grape juice

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Peel, pit, and cut into pieces: 5 medium peaches (about 2 1/2 cups).

    Step 2

    Purée in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add: 1/2 cup white grape juice.

    Step 3

    Pour the puréed fruit into frozen pop molds or paper cups (with a wooden stick). Leave 1/2 inch of space at the top to allow the mixture to expand when freezing. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight. Gently pull the frozen pop out of the mold. Run the mold under hot water for a few seconds if necessary.

    Substitute 2 1/2 cups (about 2 pints) blueberries, strawberries, nectarines or plums for the peaches.
