Ingredients

1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley
2 teaspoons white-wine vinegar
4 ounces crumbled feta, divided
1 cup fresh dill, divided
Freshly ground black pepper (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, place yogurt, parsley, vinegar and all but 1 teaspoon feta and 1 teaspoon dill. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl; top with remaining feta and dill and, if desired, pepper.
