1 cup bottled mayonnaise
3/4 cup applesauce
3 tablespoons bottled horseradish
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

Preparation

  1. In a bowl stir together the mayonnaise, the applesauce, the horseradish, the vinegar, and pepper to taste. Serve the sauce with roast pork.
