One 16-ounce bag shredded coleslaw cabbage (preferably including carrots)
2/3 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
2/3 cup soy mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, optional

Preparation

    Combine all of the ingredients in a serving bowl and mix thoroughly. Serve at once or cover and refrigerate until needed
